What happens if I already have Fibre installed and want to move to another Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

During the application process, simply inform your dedicated fibre agent that you currently have Fibre internet and would like to move to a different ISP. You will be asked for a reference number for the line. This will be the reference number given by the Fibre Infrastructure Provider when the line was installed. If you are not sure what this number is, either check on the ONT device (it may be indicated there) or contact your current ISP.
